Don't use the Night Search until your questions and concerns have been answered to your satisfaction and you agree to abide by the Terms of use.
1.1) If you select the option to download Night Search browser extension, your new tab page will be changed.
1.2) The browser extension needs access to your geolocation services to provide relevant weather data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
1.3) New Tab Page extension provides a search field right inside your new tab. This additional search engine provider can be changed by Night Search administration unilaterally.
1.4) Browser extension can be updated any time with new functionality added. If the changes are not acceptable to you, you can opt out of using the extension.
1.5) You must be 13 years of age or older to install or to use the Night Search (unless you resident in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), in which you must be 16). If you are at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA) but not yet 18 years of age, please have your parent or legal guardian review this document with you, discuss any questions you might have, and install the Night Search extension for you.
1.6) You will not install the Night Search on any computer without permission from the owner of that computer.
NightSearch.org provides search results that may come from our partners.
2.1) We do not allow automatic collection of data from search results. If we suspect such activity, you may be denied to use our services.
2.2) You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic or manual device or process to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the NightSearch.org servers.
